Financial Policies

At Reno Family Chiropractic we are committed to your wellness, so we please ask for your understanding in that payment of your bills is part of the treatment and care. Reno Family Chiropractic will collect any deductible, co-payment or co-insurance amount at the time services are rendered. We will assist you in understanding your insurance benefits and your deductible, co-payment or co-insurance amount. If we can be of any assistance, please let us know.
You have the right to waive your insurance at any time. If you do not inform us of carrier information at the time or service, you are voluntarily waiving your rights to use your insurance. You will be responsible for all fees incurred at the time of service. If you choose not use your insurance for any reason you may also pay by cash, check, money order, MasterCard, and Visa.
Medicare:
We are a non-participating provider with Medicare which means we will collect at the time of service, and bill Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will send you an explanation of benefits, and reimbursement pending any co-payment or deductibles you may have on your selected plan.
Worker’s Compensation:
Patients with verified claims will not be financially responsible for services related to your worker’s compensation injury. If your claim cannot be verified, you will be expected to pay for services in full at the time of service.
Self-Pay:
Patients are requested to make payment in full at the time of service. However, if you are not able to meet the full payment, we offer flexible payment plans.
Insurance: We accept most insurance plans. While you are having your complimentary consultation with the doctor, our front office staff will call to verify your insurance co-payments and deductibles.
